Iron Brews in the North East

Victoria travelled North on Friday 21^st Feb to host an in- person iron brew in Newcastle. It was great to hear of people's experiences of GH in the Northeast, with attendees travelling from Middlesbrough, Sunderland, and Hexham. Everyone shared their stories and asked questions, as well as the difficulties of getting genetic testing. The time flew! 

The following day Victoria was in Whitley bay with a good turnout of those from the local area as-well as North Lincolnshire! Fascinating as always to hear of people's experiences with regards to GPs and venesection clinics across the Newcastle area. There was a big thumbs up and heartfelt thanks for specialist nurse Bill Evans working to support people with GH in North Tyneside. We could have talked for longer but thank you to everyone who came!
