Randolph Running for Haemochromatosis Donate Through the work of Haemochromatosis UK my mum was diagnosed early and was able to manage the condition with regular blood letting. Unfortunately, there are numerous other cases where the outcomes are not as positive as my story. Interestingly the disease genetic and is more prevalent in those with Irish / Celtic ancestry and affects a higher proportion of women later in life. Anyone that is able and willing to contribute to the great work of Haemochromatosis UK would be a hero in my eyes battling the ferrous challenge of excessive iron. It's time to break the Iron Chains!! Let's go team. I will be running at the London Vitality 10k on Sunday 22nd September carrying my iron chains. Sending big hugs to anyone that read this far and even bigger love to those supporting Haemochromatosis UK! Thanks ;) Peter Randolph Manage Cookie Preferences
