Haemochromatosis UK Nursing Study Day 2026

Join our specialist nursing team for a full-day in-person conference for nurses & allied healthcare practitioners to learn the latest clinical approaches to diagnosing and treating genetic haemochromatosis, with thanks to support and funding from the Jean Lanning Foundation and Childwick Trust.

This one-day event is being held at Portsmouth Guildhall on Friday 13th November 2026.

This conference brings together expert Clinical Nursing Specialists and Advanced Nurse Practitioners to share their expertise and approaches to GH care, including contributions from a range of NHS organisations Haemochromatosis UK.

This event is a healthcare professionals event suitable for all nursing and allied healthcare practitioners, including venesection clinic/service managers. Past attendees have come from all over the UK, Republic of Ireland, Europe and as far afield as New Zealand!

Each ticket includes a delegate pack, CPD certificate*, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

The conference is being held at the historic Portsmouth Guildhall, just 3 minutes' walk from Portsmouth and Southsea Train Station.

Terms & Conditions

Each ticket includes delegate pack, CPD certificate*, lunch and refreshments throughout the day. Travel and accommodation are not included. Refreshments will be provided suitable for omnivore, vegetarian and vegan diets. If you have specific dietary or accessibility requirements or preferences, please let us know when booking online.

Tickets are non-refundable, however tickets can be transferred once between named delegates before Friday 9th October 2026 (contact our office [email protected] for details).

If you are in Hampshire, the Isles of Wight or one of the 10 priority areas highlighted in our recent study (Northern Ireland, Hebrides, Birmingham, North Cumbria, Northumberland, Durham, South west Scotland (including Glasgow), Cheshire/Merseyside, Manchester and London) you can apply for a Bursary place.
